"Hot 90" is a complete classic 90 minute Bikram method Hatha Yoga series of 26 postures(asanas) & 2 breathing exercises (pranayama) conducted in a hot 105 degree room.

"Hot 60" minute (modified) Bikram method Hatha Yoga series of 26 postures & 2 breathing exercises conducted in a hot 105 degree room. 
This is for those short on time and long on determination.

Note for new students:
We recommend new students start their Hot Yoga practice with either the; "Classic" which gives the teacher more time for instruction, and the postures are repeated twice, giving the new student more opportunity to become familiar with the practice, giving the teacher the opportunity for more instruction and move on to the Hot 60 after more experience.

Come join Brenda in her Pilates class to connect or reconnect to your core strength. The core consists of abdominals, back, glutes and inner thighs. This class will take you through a series of classical Pilates movements that will establish this connection in every position.

Yin is conducted at average room temperature. 
It is the practice of learning how to breathe well and relax muscles so the ligaments have the capability to stretch. 
Our hips and shoulders house an incredible amount of stress. 
YIN is the perfect yoga for learning how the release it, and yet it takes time.

Core Club meets 3 times a week right after the 10am Hot 60 classes on Tues/Thurs/Sat at 11am. This class challenges your strength and flexibility so as to fine tune balance. All movements are based in hatha yoga and are a great complement to your regular yoga practice. Core Club is designed for all students seeking a challenge.
