PLEASE BE ON TIME, Come 15 minutes prior to your first class. Classes last 90 minutes.

How to Prepare for Class

Expect yoga to offer more than fitness. Yoga offers health, wellness,
restoration and relaxation. Prior experience is not required.

  • Pick a time that works for you. Getting here is the hardest part
  • Dress like you’re going to the beach, it’ll be 105 degrees
  • Come with an empty stomach
  • Heavy meals less than 3 hours before class aren’t recommended
  • You can eat fruit or drink juice up to an hour before class
  • Bring water, a mat and a beach size towel (rentals available)
  • Drink water to hydrate for class, you’re going to sweat a LOT

Proper Hydration is key to so many of your body’s functions.

Bikram Yoga simultaneously cleanses all the systems of your body from the inside out.  It is important  to stay hydrated so your elimination systems (bowel, urinary, and skin) can support your efforts.

Do not wear perfume aromatherapy oils or scents
